MINUTE 1 - 15

Your Coach explains the workout of the day and leads the class in a workout-specific warm up.

MINUTE 15 - 20

Bathroom break, talk to your friends, get some water.

MINUTE 20 - 60

High energy, calorie burning workout! FlyFit consists of Burn, Build, and Breathe days. Designed to give you an overall great program.

CLASS HOURS:

M-F — 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 8:00AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM

SATURDAY— 7 & 8 AM

OPEN GYM:

Our gym is open from 5:00AM to 6:30PM if you’d like to do some extra fitness
